Hello Ocean 2 gets official on Virgin Mobile: $149 from Feb 12th...!!!


Virgin Mobile USA have officially announced the launch of the Hello Ocean 2. The new Ocean 2 boasts slimmer lines and a larger screen than its predecessor. The Ocean 2 measures a chubby 4.7 x 2.3 x 0.8 inches while the original Ocean measured just 4.3 x 2.2 x 0.9 inches. The Ocean 2 is a dual-sliding device with a QVGA display, a QWERTY keyboard, support for EV-DO and a 2 megapixels camera. The software also has a review committee of a new social network, integrating the Google Talk instant messaging suite that includes email access, Exchange, the change Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and background media playback.
Hello Ocean 2 has a fair price especially considering that you can get unlimited voice and data for $79.99 per month. Moreover, its features include 512 MB of storage memory with a MicroSD expansion slot (which supports up to 2GB), as well as a full 3.5mm headphone jack for listening to tunes or watching movies. The phone has all of the basics like Bluetooth, a 2MP camera with video recording, and 3G EV-DO speeds covered, too. The phone will be available here on February 12th.
