New Samsung 12 megapixels camera Phone official..

Samsung has introduced its new Samsung AMOLED 12 megapixels (Samsung SCH-W880) in Korea, which contains a 12 megapixels camera complete with zoom rocker, shutter button and mode dial. SCH-W880 can take pictures at 12 megapixels resolution and offers 3x optical zoom n 2x digital zoom,, 720 pixels video recording (1280x720) at 30 frames per second and a Xenon Flash.

Another appealing feature is that a large 3.3-inch WVGA (800x480 pixels) touchscreen that perfectly renders Samsung's TouchWIZ UI. It has Bluetooth 2.0 and USB 2.0 HS (microUSB) connectivity. With Focus tracking, this device also able to follow an object if it moves. The phone carries a 4GB of internal storage memory and has a microSDHC(INFO) card slot for memory expansion as well. Users can connect hands-free headsets with Bluetooth or watch Television with terrestrial DMB.

This new Samsung AMOLED 12 megapixels (SCH-W880) measures 115.8 x 56.9 x 16.3 mm will hit Korean market by early October 2009, but no words about other areas' availability.

Nokia 5800 XpressMusic hits a new Firmware Update..

A new firmware is available for the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. V30.0.011 is available over the air meaning you just need to press *#0000# on ur idle screen or dialer screen. Alternatively, U can get the firmware update using the Nokia Software Updater. Unfortunately v30.0.011 isn't that big update as it doesn't bring home screen widgets or Kinetic scrolling. Anyhow, it brings the following updates to ur Nokia 5800 XpressMusic:

• It brings speed improvements.
• The usual bug fixes.
• emails on the homescreen.

As the 5800 XpressMusic do features User Data Preservation you don't need to worry when updating your phone as all data stays on your handset. As soon as I do have further information regarding this update, I will definitely update that post.

Nokia Phone Codes..

If you are one of the Nokia Fans n Happy to have one, then U might be interested in getting more information regarding Nokia phones, but there are some classified things about this device which is not even mentioned in the manual as well as manufacturer's site. There are some codes for Nokia mobile phones in this post n if any one of you is interested to get information about your Nokia handset, you might get it by the following codes.

Note: These codes only work in Nokia mobile phones not any other specific vendor or other's company mobile phones.

• Now, if you want your phone to use the best sound quality, you can activate the Enhanced Full Rate Codec (EFR). This can be done by typing *3370# and then pressing dial key. The only disadvantage by doing this is that the talk-time will be reduced with almost 5%. When you get bored of sound quality, or it drains the battery too soon, you can deactivate it with this code: #3370# and then press dial key.
• For gaining more talk-time, you can use a lower quality sound. This way you will get approximately 30% more talk time. The activation and deactivation code is *#4720#.
• You can also check which version is installed on the Nokia phone by typing *#0000# and on the first line you will get the software version, on the second line you will see the release date of that software and finally, on the third line there will be the compression type. on some of Nokia mobile phones the *#0000# code doesn't work but you can try this one: *#9999#.
• The IMEI number is very important to know in case the mobile phone is stolen, and you can easily recognize ur phone by this long number. You can find it out which is the International Mobile Equipment Identity for your mobile phone with *#06#.  Note: This phone code works with any Vendor or company's phone including Nokia, Samsung, Motorolla and others.
• The provider Lock Status will show you if the mobile phone is locked on certain carrier network and you can get this status with this code: #pw+1234567890+1#.
• *#92702689# will display 1. Serial Number, 2. Date Manufactured, 3. Purchase Date, 4. Date of last repair (0000 for no repairs), 5. Transfer User Data. To exit this display mode you need to press the call ending button or for some phone you need to switch off n on your mobile phone to exit this display mode.
• **21*number# will turn on "All Calls" diverting to the phone number entered.
• **61*number# will turn on "No Reply" diverting to the phone number you entered.
• **67*number# will turn on "On Busy" diverting to the phone number entered.
• To check whether your SIM Card supports clock stopping time type *#746025625# (*#SIM0CLOCK#).

There are much more secret codes for Nokia, but I choose the codes which are most important to use.

Note: Be careful in using these codes n get complete verification before using these codes, because some of the codes might harm ur mobile device.

Nokia is considering over the suggestion to replace the batteries of some models after over 100 customers have reported overheating during charging. However, no serious injuries or property damaged have been reported yet, but the Nokia officials have chosen this replacement program as to satisfy their customers in their marketing policy. Although Li-Ion batteries which are used in most of the Mobile phones as well as laptops are injurious, as they overheated and rather produce bad circumstances in some cases.

As an alternative to these problematic batteries, you can use devices which use NiCd (Nickel Cadmium) and NiMh batteries, which dont contain flammable materials in their structure while Li-Ion batteries do contain flammable materials like Lithium. New BlackBerry Themes..

For those who dont actually knows that what is the theme? Theme is basically the way your home screen icons are displayed on your BlackBerry or any other vendor's phone. All vendors provide a default theme for every newer handset which you people can change any time by going to menu and then select Themes and then change it to express your personality or feelings or to make your mobile phones look better. Latest mobiles have larger variety of themes and if you want to change it, simply go to the Themes option and you can choose the themes, you wanna choose and then apply accordingly. You can also change the image behind the theme as well and you can do this by going to the "Pictures" icon and after you select an image you want on background, just select "Set as Home Screen Image".

If you dont like default themes in your BlackBerry phone, you can easily download and install third party themes, all you need to do is to search for a website from where third party themes of your choice is available. As displayed above, I have collected some of themes by which your BlackBerry should look very much like the iPhone icons, you can also search others too. It is very simple to download and install a third party theme on your BlackBerry. First of all, you will have to download the theme of your choice to your PC (if it is zipped, unzip it), then connect your BlackBerry and open Desktop manager, then next open Application loader and click Add, and browse for the theme "Theme.alx" file and then click ok. After installation is finished, you have to go to Settings (Option tab) and then select the newly installed theme.

Motorola celebrated the first landing on the Moon

First of all, for those who dint know (like me) what is basically the celebration of Motorola and whats the celebration about, let me tell them that its basically the 40th Anniversary of Apollo 11, which is sometimes around this month. Now the question arises that what Motorola have to do with the Apollo 11?

The answer to this question is that I dont know about you people that whether you people are interested in the celebration of the first moon landing but Motorola is and due to this reason the company have launched the so very expensive edition phone Aura, you people might heard about this phone. The new version which is going to be launched in this or very next month is called the Celestial Edition and the special thing about this phone is that it has pre-loaded history making audio clips. This phone is very much identical with the first version launched by Motorola. But now the biggest query that we are facing is that the price of the Celestial Edition is yet unknown, but keeping in mind its first edition, I dont think so that it would be cheap.

Universal cell phone charger for Mobile Phones

According to the rumors, it is heard and suggested by some vendors that in 2012 most of the mobile phones available in the market would be charged using a standard Micro USB charger. It really sounded very crazy and ungrounded idea but the more shocking news is that not starting on 2012, vendors starting working on the mobile phones having universal charger capability.

The companies or vendors that agreed to adopt the solution of a universal charger and to bring compatible devices in the market starting next year are Nokia, Apple, LG, NEC, Motorola, Qualcomm and the vendors in which this suggestion is under consideration and Research in motion are Samsung, Sony-Ericsson and Texas Instruments. However, it seems that the handsets compatible with the universal charger will be data-enabled ones.

When anyone read this post, I'll assure you people that at least one time you people will laugh like I did when i heard such a news. Its actually the post regarding GoldVish Revolution, the most expensive phone of the world up till now as it worth almost $490,150 made by Swiss Company GoldVish. Rather its not the most expensive phone as at the BaseWorld 2009, luxury phones like the Chairman, created by Ulysse Nardin and so called the GoldVish Le Million, which costs almost more than its name says $1,200,000. Well, my friends, later is rather more expensive phone. Now I am thinking that if I have such a spare money to fulfill my luxuries, I'm not such a duffer to spend almost half a million or almost a million dollars on just a mobile phone, if I have such amount of money, i have lot of other options to spend the money on. But it is rightly said, "Passion costs nothing". By the way as far as its specifications are concerned, no news yet, but atleast it is known that it is designed on latest Mobile Technology, but again in front of me its too much costly. Rather Swiss company also has such a thinking in their minds, thats why they made only 9 units up till now, more will be designed on order if any one need that. 

Is this really a shocking surprise for all of us or not...???

Bought new Nokia 5800 XpressMusic

I have bought a new Nokia 5800 XpressMusic phone, its really an impressive and good-looking phone with tremendous and great features and much more in it with a fast processing as it has the Symbian OS version 5th, actually i have Nokia N73 Music Edition before that, although it was a good phone in the sense but it has a drawback of slow processing!

As far as 5800 specifications are concerned it has excellent sound, great features, fast speed browsing, high speed processing, but the only drawback in this set is its camera, its picture quality is rather not so good as compared to my previous Nokia N73 Music Edition. But overall a good and impressive phone. I'm quite satisfied with my change of cellphone and recommend you people to experience the excellence of Nokia if one could!

Today there's a great day for Mobile lovers as AT&T unveils some of the most impressive and user-friendly handsets ever made. AT&T recently unveils three Samsung and two from LG Electronics and also an impressive addition of Nokia E71x (Black), they are user-friendly handsets with a lot of ease of messaging to your family and friends and managing your business and personal lives easy. Now lets discuss the features and efficiency of these beauties:

• First of all, the most interesting device of all Nokia E71x with a full QWERTY keyboard and runs on the latest Symbian operating system (OS). It also includes Wi-Fi in it and just a 10 millimeters thick and we may say it as the thinnest smartphone available in the market until now. You may also call this set as the 'library' of Symbian applications as it contain many of the Symbian applications and many of them can install on the device. It also has the AT&T most popular service including AT&T navigator. The most attracting thing about this smartphone is that it is available for just $99.99 on contract after rebate.
• The next beauty is the Propel Pro, it is an impressive slider phone, also has a full QWERTY keyboard and along with that it has a Wi-Fi connection and it runs on Microsoft Corporation Windows Mobile software. Its price is set as $149.99 and its sale starts in April.
• The third one is the LG Xenon, also a slider phone and a full QWERTY keyboard featuring 3G and having a 2 megapixels camera also has a GPS support and available in a different variety of colors as Red, Blue and Black, also has a positive point that it is a low price touchscreen display phone, also contain so much applications as AT&T navigator, eMusic Mobile and much more and all this available just for $99.99.
• The forth one is LG Neon, has a full landscape QWERTY keyboard, also a low price touchscreen phone as LG Xenon and contain almost the same features as LG Xenon, comes in variety of colors as Green and White, but yet it has not been launched and price is also unknown but it will be in market soon.
• The fifth one is the Samsung A877 Impression, has a 3.0 megapixels camera, 3.2-inch screen and a full support for the browsers to clear the view of the web page. It has a price tag of only $199.99.
• The sixth and last device is the Samsung Magnet, a black-bar shaped and a slim layer of orange on the phone, an impressive combination of colors, it will be an attracting and appealing phone for teenagers as they love to do text messaging and also wants a low-cost phone. All the needs of the youngsters are fulfilled by this phone, but its price is not yet been confirmed, but it will having a price tag in a week or two.

All the six devices can be paired with the AT&T messaging bundles packages as you can get 200, 1500 and unlimited (surely have some limit) packages just for $5, $15 and $20 respectively. However Data plans vary with the device, although unlimited messaging package is available for AT&T FamilyTalk(R) plan customers for all lines for $30.

Voice Search is now available on BlackBerry by Google Mobile Applications

Now a good news for the blackberry users and that news is that the latest version of Google Mobile Applications introduces efficient applications like voice search and My Location. The first of those allows you to initiate a Google search with using the keyboard or you simply made the search just by your voice that you want to search. All you need to do is to speak the desired search string while holding the Call key - as simple as it gets. Then My Location is also efficient application in the way that if you want to simply search for a restaurant, you just type the name of the "restaurant" and Mobile Applications will give you the list of places in the vicinity.

But there is a condition for such applications that your BlackBerry may contain BlackBerry OS 4.1 or later and there's one bad news as well that this mobile application is yet not supported on BlackBerry Storm but this should be added in the near future.
