Although Li-Ion batteries which are used in most of the Mobile phones as well as laptops are injurious, as they overheated and rather produce bad circumstances in some cases.
As an alternative to these problematic batteries, you can use devices which use NiCd (Nickel Cadmium) and NiMh batteries, which dont contain flammable materials in their structure while Li-Ion batteries do contain flammable materials like Lithium. NiCd or NiMh batteries seem to have a robust thermal sensitivity, on the other you must be aware that Cadmium is toxic.
So analyzing the aspects presented above, you people must keep in mind that you can either choose to get a mobile phone which is not powered by Li-Ion batteries, and especially BL-5C model and in case if your mobile phone has BL-5C type of battery, you can check on Nokia's website the terms of replacement process.
